Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of F2 Fantasy Game ("the Game", "we", "us", "our"), which is part of GP Fantasy Game. By creating an account or using the Game you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
person_check 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to these terms on your behalf.
You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts created with false details may be suspended.
You may hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts to gain a competitive advantage is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being banned.
manage_accounts 2. Your Account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and do not share access with others.
Team names, league names, and any other content you submit must not be offensive, discriminatory, or in breach of any applicable law. We enforce this automatically and through manual review. Content that violates this rule will be removed and the account may be suspended.
Account authentication is handled by the GP Fantasy Game platform. By logging in you also accept their terms of service.
sports_score 3. The Game
F2 Fantasy Game is a free-to-play skill-based fantasy game. No real money is wagered and no real money prizes are awarded unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion.
Points and standings are calculated based on real FIA Formula 2 Championship results as published by the official timing provider. In the event of a discrepancy, the official results take precedence.
Lineups lock before each session starts. We are not responsible for picks not saved due to technical issues on your device or network. It is your responsibility to confirm your selection before the deadline.
We reserve the right to adjust scoring, correct results, or void rounds in cases of data error, race cancellation, or force majeure. Such decisions are final.
The points budget system is fictional. In-game credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
shield 4. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit picks or manipulate scores
Exploiting bugs or unintended features for competitive advantage — report these to us instead
Operating multiple accounts (whether to hold multiple league positions or evade a suspension)
Colluding with other players to manipulate league standings
Any attempt to interfere with the integrity of the platform or its data
Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate account suspension and removal from all leagues.
leaderboard 5. Leagues
Any user may create a private league and invite others via a unique invite code. League membership is limited to one league per team.
The league creator (owner) is responsible for the conduct of their league. We reserve the right to dissolve any league found to be operating in breach of these terms.
Leagues and their invite codes are private by design. Do not share your invite code publicly if you wish to control membership.

All content on this site — including the logo, design, code, and game mechanics — is the property of GP Fantasy Game and may not be reproduced without written permission.
F2 Fantasy Game is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the FIA, Formula 2, or any of the teams or drivers featured. Driver and team names are used for informational and game purposes under nominative fair use.
cloud 7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Game available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
warning 8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that results will be accurate at all times. Use of the Game is entirely at your own risk.
gavel 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GP Fantasy Game and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).

You may stop using the Game at any time. To request permanent deletion of your account and data, contact us at support@gpfantasygame.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law.
On termination, your access to the Game ceases. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.
balance 11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GP Fantasy Game operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may revise these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
